On April 27, we were joined by Kirsty Harmon (Blenheim Vineyards), AJ Greely (Hark vineyards) and Matthieu Finot (King Family Vineyards) for a virtual sensory session discussing the impacts of different sulfiting agents (KMBS, effervescent tabs/granulars, SO2 solution) as well as the effect of using Hedeki tannin in low SO2 wine.
